How to find us...

We are situated 1km from the town centre next to the famous Lac du Gaillands.

Chamonix is situated less than hour away from Geneva International Airport and can easily be reached by car, bus, train or specialist transfer. For transfers email our reservations team who will arrange a reliable and competitively priced transfer.

Airport Transfers

If staying at Vert Hotel, we can pick you up at Geneva Airport and whisk you straight up into the mountains in just over an hour with our essential Airport transfer service. The Airport - Hotel Transfer service costs just 32.50€ each way per person or 195€ for a large 8 seater mini-bus to shuttle you and your friends to Chamonix and back. NB Flight arrivals after 21.00 are €40 and departures before 10.00 are €42.50 each way.

Train

As part of our green ethos we do encourage our guests to take the snow train. If you are arriving by train get off at station Les Pelerins and then call us for directions. The Vert Hotel is only 100m away just past the lake.

Car

If arriving by car head towards Chamonix on the N205/E25, when you arrive at the roundabout just before Centre Ville take the 3rd exit on the Route des Pelerins, at T junction turn left, follow road straight, over the river, (with Lac du Gaillands on your right), then turn right, on to the Route des Gaillands. We are 150m on your left next to the famous Gaillands Rock Face.

Staff are so friendly and helpful willing to assist in any situation. The rooms are just lovely and whilst not huge we managed to unpack all our luggage to make our stay feel even more home like. You'll be really impressed by the brilliant location of the Hotel Le Vert, underneath Mont Blanc. Fantastic Bar and fantastic views of Mont Blanc from the Bar and Bar Patio Terrace. Very helpful staff making the hotel a real home from home. austriantraveller_11
Our room had a sweet balcony where you can sit and take in the amazing views across the valley towards the aiguille du midi. There's a lively bar and restaurant area which appears to attract a regular following. Definitely will be returning in the near future. SkiGal2011
The staff of the hotel are all very friendly and helpful, giving us lots of recommendations on where to eat, go out, etc. More importantly, everyone in the hotel, staff and patrons alike, are there to go ski all day, which is a very nice attitude change from the majority of european ski hotels that I have stayed in. skillion2
